My name is Edwin Sánchez, I am currently studying a degree in English as a foreign language at the National Open University and Distance, in the course "Intro English" I felt satisfied since the classes have been offered on time, in the stipulated dates, and in the agreed medium. The classes are well prepared by the tutor, the tutor knows the subject and unfolds naturally in it, the topics have been clearly explained, well explained and with understandable methods. The tutor has supported with means such as web pages with exercises to perform that reinforce the topic seen in class, videos with detailed explanations and clear examples. The participants of the class feel comfortable, we all agree that we have understood the subject at the end of each class, everyone participates and the doubts that sometimes arise are clarified promptly and correctly. Since the students already have notions of the English language, it allows us to advance at an excellent pace. The medium used (Google Hangout) allows the interaction to be in real time, the use of audio, video call and chat, therefore, the communication possibilities are efficient. The tutor was always pending to notify the classes and even the postponement of them when necessary, everything was notified timely via WhatsApp, and in this way we were never uninformed. Although the subject of this course was basic English, it allowed us to clarify doubts, correct errors, and learn new fundamentals of this language. The spirit and character of the tutor was always kind, cordial and very respectful. I feel totally satisfied.

The class has extended our knowledge in vocabulary of the English language, has taught us to improve the grammatical composition of our ideas and our texts in English, during all the sessions I have acquired new knowledge and I have learned new subjects that I did not know, I have felt satisfied with each class, since in each of them the teacher has been organized, coherent and successful for the exposition of the subject, likewise the attitude of responsibility and motivation on the part of my classmates, has been favorable, generating participation as a group, an integral and collective learning; all the topics that have been worked on in each session have allowed me to visualize the way to express my ideas about what I want to expose, describe, point out, remember, using the verb to be appropriately, the connectors, adjectives, nouns, verbs and Auxiliaries, in general I can say that the virtual meetings are a great complement for the course and for our learning, where we can solve doubts, express our opinions and evaluate our knowledge and aptitudes for the English language as a foreign language.

It benefited me in that it improved my vocabulary, since there are many words, verbs etc. I still do not know and some had forgotten me, and these lessons helped me to remember and improve it. I liked them because the teacher did them in a didactic way and made each one of us participate. The truth, no, because as I mentioned earlier, the teacher gave us classes in a way that we all understood very well each of the lessons practiced. Besides that we all participated and if we made an error, he would let us know and correct us immediately.

Professor Javier is a good teacher since he was always aware of us, about what topics we understood and what subjects were not, he was attentive with the schedules, so that he was present in the 16 classes. We understood various things of the English particularly in what which refers to WH questions, Pronouns, phrasal verbs, description of images and description of our homes and of ourselves. My expectations regarding the course were met; I learned new elements to improve my English.
